From 'AAA Audio' to 'Triple Audio'

On June 1, 1995 Triple Audio from the C.O.D. originated, initially as 'AAA Audio'. An hour and a half and three beers after this decision the tongue breaker is replaced by 'Triple'. Triple Audio is from now on no longer 'owned' by the select group of broadcasters as the C.O.D. that was. Service contracts can now be offered to multiple parties, such as recording studios.

Corporate culture

People-oriented culture
This culture is about individual interest and individual development. There are almost no rules and regulations, which sometimes creates an orderly chaos. The 'we' feeling is central, stress is (almost) out of the question, which leads to high morale and more creativity. The communication in this culture is oral and informal. Involvement of the individual employee in his or her work is central.
Result-oriented culture
This culture focuses on results where the core concepts of 'no-nonsense' and 'guts' apply. The culture is focused on achieving results. Expertise weighs heavily here and you work in teams if this contributes to effectiveness. Competition and a healthy dose of scepticism prevail in a result-oriented organisation.
